  Upon going into make the appointment they told me that I would be told the cost upon having a consultation. That did not happen as I would not have proceeded with the appointment had I known I was going to have to pay such an outrageous amount of money.

  Haven't been there yet but come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by a co worker and I'm looking for a new hairdresser and will be booking in.. Oh I don't care if you have a coffee machine I would go to the cafe if I wanted coffee. Looking forward to looking great.

  I do not mind paying for a service and as I said the colour was great and the blow dry was good as well. But I have never been charged that much money for what I had done.

  Jemma from JB's recently did my hair and makeup for my wedding in Bellingen. I straight away felt comfortable and knew I could trust her to make me look my best for my wedding. So so happy with the results!! Incredible.

  And leading up to the big day I went to JB's for hair extensions, spray tan, eye brow wax and eyelash tint. All at the shop were warm and welcoming making me feel completely at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

  So if you want a great colour and blow dry and want to pay an excessive amount of money then go to this salon. But I am still in shock that I got charged this amount, I am wondering what I would have to pay if that included a hair cut as well.

  Let me say first of all that my experience at JB's Hair & Waxing Studio in Kempsey was a good experience. The staff are friendly and my hair looked great at the end of the session.

  I had an apprentice working on me and I had to pay for a coffee next door on top of everything else, they only had instant coffee which I no longer drink.

  I will not be coming back only because you charge so much for what you offer. At least if you are going to charge so much then buy yourself a coffee machine. Do not make your customers buy there own and then charge a FORTUNE.
