    Kempsey loans manager was absolutely woeful it took almost 3 wks for us to be declined for a home loan and he never replied to our emails phcalls friends of ours also had the same issues after we were declined he told us that if we had the money for the stamp duty we could afford 600 thou we only wanted 300 what a joke
