    I was very unimpressed with the restructuring of the garden dept. The upgrade was unneeded and should have been left as it was. Totally ridiculous waste of money. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Now can't find anything and has reduced space for stock not increased.

    Store is too small, product range is inadequate. Staff however are always friendly and helpful.

    Very rude staff. It feels like they feel irritated if you ask a question. ie. Need advice. This is not the first time they have treated me badly. The paint counter staff are the worst. I have had incorrect advice in the past. It is time they are given training both in customer service and in product knowledge.
