  We have travelled a few times with this travel agency. However the last one, only 5 months ago, we went to Mexico and Cuba with the same company. there were far too many people on the bus and seat allocations were quite difficult. During our short stay we were often hurried and there was hardly any time for convenience stops. The tour guides were not equipped with any microphones, so that most travellers at the end have missed out on important information. The Mexican tour guide, Enrique, did not wait to get his 'flock' together so that people often got lost. In addition there was never enough time at all to browse for souvenirs, hence, as we have missed out we had to buy ours at the airport. I have given specific feedback to the company and even compiled a colourful travel log for their convenience and information. So far I did not even receive a 'thank you' let alone an appreciative phone call. I personally believe that this company acted very unprofessional as they should be grateful that somebody took pen to paper and compiled a comprehensive feedback and travel log. Under these circumstances I would advise people to search elsewhere as this company does not appreciate any feedback let alone offer compensation for any inconvenience as we have experienced when travelling with other travel agencies.

  My sister & I went to Greece & The Greek Island tour & we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We were so glad we went.The guide from Cosmos Maraeka was excellent. That was three years ago in May. Looking forward to another trip around June, July would love to fly to Athens then cruise the Greek Islands.
